Forklift Propane FAQ

No. We’ll fill your tank and leave a receipt for you.

For safety reasons, propane tanks are never completely filled. That’s because the propane inside your tank, like other liquids, expands in the heat. In fact, propane’s expansion is about 17 times that of water. Leaving space in the propane tank gives the propane room to expand without worries over excessive pressure inside the tank.

If you choose Will-Call for your propane delivery, it is your responsibility to regularly check your propane tank gauge. We strongly urge our Will-Call customers to not let their tank gauge fall below 30% before requesting a propane delivery. You can skip needing to check your tank gauge with our Automatic Delivery and wireless propane tank monitoring.
